1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AanvraagAI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What AanvraagAI provides

AanvraagAI is an AI receptionist for small service businesses. It captures customer requests through an intake form, generates an AI summary, urgency score, and suggested reply, and organises everything in a dashboard. It is a productivity tool, not a guaranteed lead source.

3. AI suggestions are not automatic

AI-generated summaries and suggested replies are drafts. AanvraagAI does NOT automatically send replies on your behalf. You, the business owner, remain fully responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any communication to customers.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for ensuring the customer data you collect complies with applicable law (including GDPR consent).

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AanvraagAI to collect data without proper consent, send spam, impersonate others, or for any illegal purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Early access status

AanvraagAI is currently in early access. Features may change and downtime may occur. We do our best to communicate changes in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

AanvraagAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed leads or AI inaccuracies.
